Online ordering gives families a simple way to place and pay for their orders, while reducing the amount of order collection and payment reconciliation for your fundraising team.

If your school or organisation already uses a trusted ordering platform such as Flexischools or School Bytes, we recommend using it wherever possible. Families already know how to use these systems, which can make ordering easier and encourage participation.

Families can place their orders and pay online, while you can keep track of orders throughout your fundraiser.

What's Included?

Everything you need to take orders online

A $95 establishment and administration fee applies to each Family Ordering Page. This fee is added to your final invoice at the completion of your fundraiser.

Your Family Ordering Page includes:

  • A dedicated ordering page on the Expressions website
  • A direct link to share with families
  • Online ordering and payment collection
  • Your finished design displayed for families to view
  • The option to sell multiple products from the one page
  • Secure handling of funds collected
  • Your own login to view orders at any time
  • Downloadable reports to track orders, sales and profit

We recommend allowing a small amount in your selling price to help cover the $95 fee.

Here is an example of the type of words you might use in your "Home Page special message":

Don't miss out on school name Limited Edition 2026 Tea Towels! The tea towel designs feature self-portraits drawn by all school students and staff, screen printed on to 100% cotton tea towels with colour print. The tea towel is a lasting memento to remember classmates and their very special time at school. A meaningful gift for family and friends, they are easy to post and make a fabulous reminder of your child's primary school years. It's also a great gift to grandparents and special family friends coming up to Christmas.

Prices are $$ for 1 or order 3 or more for $$ each.

Bank Details

This will be used at the completion of your order. Your funds received will be reconciled against any invoices Expressions has issued and your profit will be deposited to this nominated bank account.

Optional. If you would like to offer a discounted item price for orders of 3 or more products, advise the discounted price here. We recommend a small discount to encourage multiple buys from families. For instance, $20 for 1 tea towel or $18 each if you order 3 or more.

NOTE: Bulk sale prices are applied across the entire order, for instance if 1 family buys 2 different group tea towels and an apron, they will receive the reduced price on all.
